Roland Cooper State Park has a beautiful nine hole golf course, 3300 yards, par 36, with all the challenges and hazards of a championship course. We also have a driving range.

Roland Cooper State Park offers great outdoor fun for families, clubs, church and social groups. Picnic areas are located in beautiful woodlands overlooking the lake.

  • Pavilions have tables and fireplaces.

Hunting

The area is certainly best known for its outdoor opportunities.  Alabama's long deer season and abundance of deer has made this area a prime destination for hunters for many years.  Fishing opportunities are endless, with the county sporting more miles of waterfront than nearly any other county in Alabama.
